Cancellation and refunds
Your booking policy
The cancellation deadline and refund amount displayed before payment are stored with your booking. The default is a full refund when you cancel at least four hours before the start. Later platform policy changes do not change an existing booking.
Owner cancellations
If the venue cancels, you receive a full refund. If payment is captured after your hold expires, we confirm only if the court remains available; otherwise we initiate a full refund.
Refund processing
Refunds return to the original payment method through Razorpay. A cancellation can be accepted while its refund is pending. Your booking or payment page shows the current verified refund state. Positive player refunds below ₹1 round up to ₹1, capped at the amount paid.
Getting help
If a payment or refund needs review, open a dispute from your booking. Keep the booking reference for support. All court times are in Asia/Kolkata.
