Information we use

We use your name, email, optional profile details and booking history to manage your account and bookings. Owners see your name and booking details, not your email, phone or payment identifiers. Card details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Urban Arena.

Messages and security

We send essential account, booking, payment and refund updates. Sessions use protected refresh tokens. We record policy versions accepted at registration and checkout and keep security and administrative audit records.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and request account deletion from your profile. Financial, booking and audit records are retained where needed for legal obligations, reconciliation and disputes. Contact support to ask about your data.
