Booking a court
Urban Arena helps players discover and book sports courts. Availability and prices are shown before payment. A temporary hold is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation follows verified payment.
Your account and visit
Use accurate account details, protect your password and follow the venue rules shown on the turf page. Your booking is for the time and court on its confirmation. Arrive in time; sessions end at the booked time.
Cancellation and support
Your cancellation deadline and refund amount are shown before you pay and in your booking. Owner cancellations receive a full refund. Open a booking dispute or contact support for a booking or payment problem.
